CUSTOM ILLUSTRATION
Incorporating a custom venue illustration is a beautiful way to add a personal touch to your wedding suite while offering your guests a stunning preview of your venue. Choose between a sketch or a watercolor illustration. After placing your order, we will take your venue photos and create a sketch or watercolor illustration for your approval. Once you give the green light, we’ll refine every detail, ensuring a beautifully finished piece that’s ready for use across your wedding stationery.
Your one time payment covers the use of the illustration on all material you'd like to order from us, as well as the digital file of the illustration for your personal use.
The sketch illustration can be any color from our ink menu within your design. It does not have to be black or gray.
Whats included:
Custom watercolor or sketch illustration of one (1) location (landscape or building)
- Two (2) rounds of design editing
- One (1) 8" x 10" image file (.png) of the illustration
A few important details to keep in mind:
- Custom artwork requires 1-2 weeks for creation. If you’re incorporating an illustration into your suite, this will add 1-2 weeks to your total design timeline.
- Venue drawings must be ordered alongside the stationery piece on which they’ll be used.
- All venue illustrations are exclusively designed for Wilori Lane clients and cannot be commissioned for use by other stationers or paper companies.
- To maintain a streamlined design process, all elements of your suite—including additional cards, custom artwork, and embellishments—must be ordered together.

Turnaround
Turnaround
Our turnaround estimates are not guaranteed due to supply chain issues in the printing industry. We also encourage you to factor in assembly time for your suites, as they do not come pre-assembled.
Your production timeline also depends on your printing method. Your order will ship following the completion of your printed pieces.
- Digital Printing: 2-3 weeks upon approval
- Letterpress Printing: 5-7 weeks upon approval
- Foil Printing: 5-7 weeks upon approval

ALL products are made to order.
You will receive notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Because of the personalization of our products, orders are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once it is in hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure to double check your address and email before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.

DAY OF WEDDING STATIONERY
We love creating a cohesive look for our couples from programs to wedding signage and all the custom pieces in between. Day-of stationery is exclusively available to those who have booked wedding invitations from us. After we've completed your wedding invitation suite, we'll send you a private link to shop day-of stationery when it's time to book.
